The controversy surrounding the alleged fake Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC) has taken another dramatic turn after its self-styled Director-General, Adeniyi Adeyemi, accused the Nigeria Police Force of unlawfully detaining him while calling for a transparent public investigation into the ongoing case.
Adeyemi, who is facing allegations linked to forgery, impersonation and operating an agency the Federal Government says never legally existed, reportedly insisted that his detention violated his constitutional rights.
