Police Invite AIG Moshood Jimoh Over Allegations Linked to VeryDarkMan Investigation
The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has confirmed that Assistant Inspector-General of Police (AIG) Moshood Jimoh, who oversees the Zone 2 Command in Lagos, has been invited by the Force Criminal Investigation Department (Force CID) for questioning over allegations circulating in the public domain involving social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM).
The development was confirmed in an official statement by the Police, which clarified that the invitation forms part of an internal investigative process aimed at establishing the facts surrounding the allegations.
