Nigeria’s legal community has been thrown into intense discussion following the decision of the Legal Practitioners’ Privileges Committee (LPPC) to suspend prominent constitutional lawyer Chief Mike Ozekhome from the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) pending the outcome of disciplinary proceedings against him.
