Yakubu Dogara Backs Tinubu's 2027 Re-Election Bid, Pledges to Deliver Bauchi and North-East
Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, has declared his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's second-term bid, pledging to mobilise voters across Bauchi State and the North-East ahead of the 2027 general election.
Dogara made the declaration during the launch of a grassroots support movement for President Tinubu, where he expressed confidence that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) would secure widespread support in the region.
According to the former Speaker, the newly launched movement is aimed at strengthening grassroots mobilisation, promoting the achievements of the Tinubu administration, and building momentum ahead of the next presidential election.
"We will deliver Bauchi and the North-East for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027," Dogara said, while urging party members and supporters to begin engaging communities across the region.
