Applications are now open for the 15th intake of the Afrika Kommt! Fellowship 2026–2028, a prestigious and fully funded programme that connects young African professionals with leading German corporations for hands-on career development, leadership training, and global corporate experience.
Organised as part of German-African economic collaboration, Afrika Kommt! empowers highly skilled African talent through a structured professional journey that includes intensive German language training, leadership and management development, and an eight-month corporate placement in a top German company.
The fellowship is open to citizens of African countries who hold a relevant university degree, have 2–5 years of professional experience, and are under 35 years old.
Applicants are expected to demonstrate strong leadership potential and professional ambition.
Under the 15th intake, specialised fellowship profiles — including roles such as Product Specialist, Technical Market Access Fellow, and Sales & Marketing Specialist — are available in companies such as Robert Bosch GmbH with a focus on sectors like automotive, engineering, business development, and industrial innovation.
Selected fellows may also gain access to potential long-term career opportunities via the programme’s alumni network.
The fully funded fellowship covers major costs, including international travel, visa support, accommodation, health insurance, a monthly stipend, language tuition, and professional training — giving participants a rare chance to gain international exposure and advance their careers on a global scale.
