The Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN) has launched the Reward4Learning Programme, a new initiative designed to help entrepreneurs, startup founders, and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) improve their business skills while earning rewards for outstanding performance.
The programme, which is being delivered through DBN's BizAid online learning platform, combines entrepreneurship training with cash incentives to encourage continuous learning among Nigerian business owners.
Under the initiative, participants who complete courses and perform exceptionally well in assessments and final examinations can qualify for cash rewards and other incentives.

Why It Matters
Nigeria's MSME sector contributes significantly to employment and economic growth, yet many businesses struggle due to limited access to quality business education. Through the Reward4Learning Programme, DBN hopes to bridge this gap by providing entrepreneurs with practical knowledge, digital learning opportunities, and incentives that reward commitment to personal and business development.
The initiative is expected to help thousands of entrepreneurs build stronger businesses, improve competitiveness, and position themselves for long-term success in an increasingly digital economy.
